Philip “Duke” Labasi as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of our Strategic & Defense Solutions division. Duke brings a wealth of enterprise business and executive leadership experience from both his military and corporate careers.
Duke’s distinguished military service began in 1993 in the United States Army, where he ascended to the rank of Colonel. His career featured multiple leadership senior staff, and operational assignments, including posts in Germany, Korea, and Kuwait and multiple worldwide deployments. His tenure culminated at the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL, where he served as the Director of Weapons System Cyber Testing. Here, Duke was instrumental in founding MDA’s Operational Cyber Test Program, developing strategies to enhance system resiliency and performance against evolving threats, and integrating developmental/operational cyber testing into a comprehensive master test plan.
Transitioning to the private sector, Duke held significant roles such as Regional Director/Business Unit Lead and Capture Vice President at Boecore, and as a Strategy and Growth Executive at Lockheed Martin. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Master of Arts in Strategy and a Master of Business Administration.
Duke’s transition to Auria marks a continuation of his commitment to advancing defense technologies and systems.
