Habitat for Humanity
We work with Habitat for Humanity because we believe in direct action. Our team members show up for build days, contributing skills, time, and effort to help families get safe, stable housing. There's something powerful about rolling up your sleeves and working alongside the community. That's the kind of impact we believe in.
Charitable Giving & Donations
We donate to organizations we believe in and we listen to our team about where that support should go. Fire and Rescue toy drives, local nonprofits, community programs; our giving is where our values are. We encourage team members to recommend causes they care about because they often know the real needs in our communities better than we do.
Care Packages & Direct Support
We pack care packages. We help with toy drives. We show up. There's something different about doing the work yourself instead of just writing a check. You see what's needed. You meet the people you're helping. You understand the impact. And when our whole team participates, it adds up. These are small acts, but they matter, especially when so many people contribute.
