Prior to her role with Auria, Karina served as Vice President of La Jolla Logic, playing a key role in the company’s growth and its acquisition in 2023. Over her 15+ year career, she has excelled as an executive in various senior management roles including Director of Business Development and Capture, Account Executive, and Sr. Program Management roles overseeing diverse engineering teams on $50M+ programs. Karina applies her expertise in operational efficiency and risk management to navigating complex business challenges and ensuring sustained company profitability and growth. She holds an MBA and a PMP and is recognized for her dynamic leadership style and ability to cultivate a high-performance corporate culture. Karina is passionate about her work and is dedicated to fostering talent and nurturing future leaders, underscoring her commitment to long-term success.
Prior to her corporate career, Karina served in the US Air Force, earning multiple awards for her efforts during critical periods such as post-9/11 and the Iraq War. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling with her family, adventures with her three young children, reading non-fiction books, and weight-lifting.
