Kurt Ulrich is Chief Integration Officer at Auria, where he aligns digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, facility security, communications, and corporate systems into a unified, mission-focused operating environment.
Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, Kurt ensures Auria’s people, platforms, and processes function as a cohesive, scalable system supporting complex, multi-domain operations. He leads the integration of acquisitions, modernization of enterprise systems, and development of a resilient foundation enabling Auria’s business units to deliver advanced command, control, and communications (C3) solutions.
Kurt brings executive leadership experience across aerospace, telecommunications, and financial services, applying a systems-level perspective to enterprise transformation. At Auria, he is a key architect of the “One Auria” vision—building an agile, secure, and scalable enterprise. His focus is on enabling seamless collaboration across business units, strengthening cyber and operational resilience, and ensuring the corporate infrastructure can rapidly deliver and integrate next-generation capability into space and defense missions.
Kurt holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Colorado State University and maintains certifications in Cybersecurity Leadership and New Product Development. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family at their ranch in Steamboat Springs, where he spends time hiking, fly fishing, and woodworking.
