Award establishes specialized industrial base dedicated to accelerating the development and integration of next-generation test and training capabilities
SPARKS, Nev., Sept. 10, 2026 – Auria today announced that the Pacific Crest Alliance, its joint venture with SNC, has been selected as one of fifteen awardees on a $981 million ceiling, multiple-award IDIQ contract supporting the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology and Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) Capability Development initiative.
The award establishes a robust and highly specialized industrial base dedicated to accelerating the development and integration of next-generation test and training capabilities—critical technologies that ensure U.S. Space Force Guardians can train, operate and respond decisively in the rapidly evolving space domain.
Led by Space Systems Command’s Operational Test and Training Infrastructure, the contract will support space and ground-based engineering activities through 2032. The Pacific Crest Alliance team will design, manufacture and deploy advanced space and ground systems – including payloads, sensors and communications relays – to support test, training and range environments.
