As Chief Financial Officer, JD brings strategy and operations expertise to guiding Auria’s financial success and ensuring sustainable growth. For more than 20 years, he has been recognized as a financial leader with considerable experience in PE-backed companies where he has focused on mergers and acquisitions in the Government contracting industry. Previous to Auria, JD spent three years at EverWatch Corp where he led the diligence process to complete its sale to Booz Allen Hamilton. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years at Deloitte leading audits of privately and publicly-held Government contractors and subsequently served as a financial executive at CACI, companies he had supported in his previous role.
JD enjoys traveling internationally, including recurring trips to St. John with family and friends. He also enjoys fitness activities and spending time outdoors, especially on the water.
