Chris Bartley

President and General Manager of BCubed

Chris Bartley serves as President and General Manager of BCubed, an Auria company, where he leads strategy, technology development, and mission execution for BCubed’s command, control, and communications (C3) solutions supporting national security customers.

Founder of BCubed Engineering Corporation, Chris built the company into a trusted provider of end-to-end, software-defined C3 capabilities for the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Special Operations Command, and the Intelligence Community. Under his leadership, BCubed developed resilient, integrated platforms spanning satellite communications, digital ground systems, and cloud-native command and control. These solutions are designed to maintain mission continuity from enterprise command layers to operators at the tactical edge.

With over two decades of experience across government, industry, and defense innovation, Chris brings deep expertise in software-defined architectures, signal processing, machine learning, and mission-critical systems engineering. Prior to founding BCubed, he held senior engineering and program leadership roles supporting advanced intelligence and space systems, including work with the National Reconnaissance Office and Department of Defense programs focused on geolocation, autonomous processing, and resilient communications.

Following Auria’s acquisition of BCubed, Chris continues to lead the BCubed team while helping expand Auria’s capabilities across the C3 continuum. His work focuses on connecting space, ground, and tactical environments into a cohesive operational architecture that enables faster decision making, greater mission agility, and resilient execution in contested environments.
