Andrew Dark

As Executive Vice President of Space Operations and Communications, Andrew brings more than 30 years of strategic, business, and engineering expertise in the aerospace and defense sector. As Co-Founder and former President of Ascension Engineering Group, he played a key role in the company’s growth, leading to its acquisition in 2022. Andrew’s career began in the U.S. Army, followed by subsequent positions in the aerospace and defense industry supporting satellite command and control system development and mission operations. He currently serves on the board of directors for Auria as well as Home Front Military Network, a nonprofit dedicated to serving military and veteran families in Colorado. With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado Technical University, Dark combines executive, entrepreneurial, and technical experience in shaping the space industry.
